Background
The PACER Plus Implementation Unit (PPIU) seeks Expressions of Interest for the Development of the Pacific Labour Mobility Worker Wellbeing Guiding Principles in the case study countries of Kiribati, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu.

This assignment seeks to develop the General Principles and Operational Guidelines for Pacific Labour Mobility Worker Wellbeing. It seeks to provide a guide for policy makers in labour sending and labour receiving countries as well as PALM and RSE employers to support initiatives for the wellbeing of Pacific labour mobility workers.
