Overview

On 14 October 2020, Cook Islands became the eighth country to ratify the PACER Plus Agreement after formally notifying the Depository in Tonga, thus bringing the Agreement into force.

Eight of the 11 signatories are required to ratify the Agreement before it's enforced.
