PPIU Policies and Ethics

The PACER Plus Implementation Unit (PPIU) places a strong emphasis on upholding ethics, integrity, and fairness for all parties involved in our operations.

The PPIU is committed to an inclusive culture which values diversity of thought, opinion and background, and where staff are provided with equal access to opportunities. This diversity enriches the culture of the PPIU.

The PPIU believes that inclusion is harnessing our diverse workforce to work together effectively, where people are respected, connected, progressing and contributing to organisational success. The PPIU recognises the important role leaders play in creating an inclusive culture and building inclusive teams where each of our staff and consultants feel they belong, are valued and respected and can speak up.

The PPIU does not tolerate discrimination against people based on race, colour, national extraction or social origin, gender, gender identify or sexuality, physical or mental disability, age, marital status, pregnancy, family or carer responsibilities, religion or political belief. Discrimination in decisions concerning procurement, hiring, compensation, benefits, training, termination, promotions or any other condition is prohibited.
