Expression of interest – PPIU Cleaning Services

The PACER Plus Implementation Unit (PPIU) located at the Media Centre Building, Tuainaimoto, Apia, Samoa is inviting expression of interest from experienced and professional service providers to provide cleaning services to its office.

The service provider shall be responsible for the provision of cleaning services to the PPIU Office. The expected length of this assignment if for one year beginning 1 January 2025.

Submission of EOI

Interested individual(s)/organisations must submit the following documents/information to demonstrate their qualifications and experience, as well as costs:

• A cover letter with relevant contact details and organisational profile, confirming their availability for the assignment.
• Two referees who can verify the organisational skills and experience.
• Financial proposal and/or cost estimates including a daily cleaning rate charge.
