Regional Refresher Training on Rules of Origin

The PACER Plus Implementation Unit (PPIU) with support from the Tonga Ministry of Trade and Economic Development (MTED), Ministry of Revenue and Customs (MoRC), and the Oceania Customs Organisation (OCO) will be hosting the Regional Refresher Training on Rules of Origin (RoO).
This specialised training aims to increase the knowledge of RoO Trainers on implementing the PACER Plus RoO requirements and further increase the understanding of the private sector on Product Specific Rules of Origin.
The training will also touch on RoO from other Free Trade Agreements in the Pacific such as the Melanesian Spearhead Group Trade Agreement (MSGTA), Pacific Island Countries Trade Agreement (PICTA), interim Economic Partnership Agreement (iEPA), and the UK Developing Countries Trading Scheme (DCTS).
